El sello Parlophone ha anunciado el lanzamiento de una serie de discos que abarcarán toda la carrera de David Bowie. La primera entrega, “Five Years 1969-1973” consistirá de 12 CD o 13 LPs.
El box set incluirá versiones de los discos “David Bowie”, “The Man Who Sold The World”, “Hunky Dory” y “PinUps”, junto con reediciones remasterizadas de “Aladdin Sane” y “The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust and The Spiders From Mars”, dos álbumes en vivo (“Live Santa Monica ’72” y “Ziggy Stardust: The Motion Picture Soundtrack”); y un nuevo recopilatorio llamado “Re:Call 1” que incluirá temas no aparecidos en los álbumes y material inédito.
Tanto las ediciones de CD y vinilo incluirán libros de fotos, notas de producción, críticas de la época y un prólogo escrito por Ray Davies, de The Kinks. Este primer box set saldrá a la venta el 25 de septiembre.
