Björk presenta el arte de tapa y la fecha de lanzamiento de «Utopia»

Björk ha presentado el arte de tapa y ha anunciado la fecha de lanzamiento de su tan esperado nuevo álbum, «Utopia».

El noveno álbum de la emblemática artista islandesa de vanguardia será publicado el 24 de noviembre, y llega precedido por el single «The Gate».

En sintonía con el resto de sus discos solistas, el arte de tapa del álbum presenta un retrato de Björk artísticamente reinventado. Esta vez es una colorida escena de fantasía del artista Jesse Kanda.

La cantante describió a su nuevo disco como su “álbum de Tinder”, explicando: “Es sobre esa búsqueda (de la utopía) y sobre estar enamorado. Pasar tiempo con una persona que disfrutás en cada nivel es obviamente una utopía, ¿sabés? Quiero decir, es real. Es cuando el sueño se vuelve real”.

Esta semana Björk también anunció su próxima presentación en el Reino Unido, encabezando el festival londinense All Points East el domingo 27 de mayo, junto con Beck, Father John Misty, Flying Lotus 3D, Mashrou’ Leila, Sylvan Esso, Alexis Taylor y Agoria Live.
